Your demo workspace

The interactive demo uses example companies, providers, shipments, and rates. Shipment references, tracking links, stop times, quotes, milestones, and service reviews are saved in this browser, not a private user account. Anyone using the same browser profile may see them. If shipment storage is unavailable, those edits last only for the current session.

Attached load documents are stored separately in this browser’s document storage. They are not uploaded to a server or shared with another carrier or customer. If document storage is unavailable or full, the attachment cannot be saved and an error is shown. Use example paperwork rather than confidential documents.

Please use example inputs and keep confidential rates, customer details, driver information, and credentials out of the demo.

Resetting and removing information

Use “Reset demo” and confirm to restore the starting shipments and clear added reviews, edits, and attached load documents. Clear this site’s browser data to remove its saved workspace entirely. Downloaded files are separate copies that you control and delete separately.

External tracking links

Tracking links open the carrier or broker’s external provider in a new tab. LaneDesk does not embed the tracking page, retrieve locations, or verify its availability or accuracy. The provider’s own access rules and privacy practices apply. Use only customer-shareable links; do not include login credentials.

Your trial brief

The brief builder keeps your entries in the current page until refresh. It creates a document for you to download or print; it does not submit your information to us. Share it through your existing contact with Shawn Pickett or Jake Wildman when you are ready. Your browser’s autofill settings may separately remember form entries.

Workflow actions and service feedback

Demo tender approvals and milestones update the example workspace only. They do not send a message, book transportation, or confirm capacity. Service ratings are team-entered opinions, not safety, insurance, authority, or measured on-time-delivery verification. Generating a brief does not enter you into a service agreement.

Website requests

The application does not add advertising trackers or analytics SDKs. The hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and requested URLs, to serve and operate the website.
